All cancellation requests must be made through our ocial communication channels, which may include email or the Connect Hive website.
Participants who do not attend a booked event or service without prior cancellation will not be eligible for refunds.
Connect Hive reserves the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases where it believes there is evidence of refund abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated cancellations for non-extraordinary reasons or attempts to exploit the refund policy.
Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 30 days of the request being approved.
Connect Hive is not liable for any cancellations or changes to services or events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Customers may request modifications to their bookings or services, subject to availability and applicable fees. Connect Hive will make reasonable eorts to accommodate such requests.
