Founder
Jasmine’s dedication and vision have led her on an impactful journey, from her substantial 15-year tenure with the Singapore Police Force to the founding of Connect Hive, a social enterprise focused on inclusion and empowerment. Her transition from the Force to a more purpose-driven career reflects her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
With an understanding that the special needs community often faces narrow employment prospects, especially in sectors like fitness and outdoor adventure, Jasmine resolved to challenge these social limitations. Her efforts center on creating an environment where persons with disabilities can thrive, recognizing their potential for contribution and innovation.
Her initiative, Connect Hive, alongside her co-founding of NCSF Uplift, showcases Jasmine’s unwavering commitment to fostering environments where inclusivity is paramount. She brings the discipline and experience from her policing career and pairs it with her fitness expertise to develop specialized training programs for individuals with special needs.
Jasmine’s pursuit of a Master’s degree in Special and Inclusive Education speaks to her focus on academic excellence and professional development, further equipping her to advocate for and support the community she serves. As a certified personal trainer and adult educator, her qualifications underline her capability to lead and inspire not just in terms of physical training but also in educational outreach and community-building efforts.

Having extensive background in outdoor adventure and stakeholder engagement in Outward Bound Singapore, and team-building activities with National Community Leadership Institute and Youth Corps Singapore, she infuses an element of dynamic energy into our environment, fostering a space where ideas thrive, and growth is not just a goal but a given.
